So how do you pay for the reminders you set?
It’s so simple - your account operates on credit blocks that you purchase through the online shop.
Email reminders are free and text reminders are charged at 10 credits (10p each).
You buy text credits in multiples of £10.00 and each credit block provides you with 1000 credits (100 text messages). The credit counter shows your current unused balance and flashes to advise you when it reaches a low level.
When you set reminders for yourself and others your Virtual PA will automatically deduct from your credit account 10 credits for each text message reminder.
Don’t worry if you change your mind and want to cancel a reminder, because your Virtual PA will do this for you and credit the amounts back into your account.
