Setting reminders is quick & easy, all you have to do is:
• Open your diary to the date or event.
• Click ‘add’ and the reminder entry window opens.
• Type in the content of your reminder message.
• Select how many times and when you want your Virtual PA to send this reminder by text, email or a combination of both.
• Click on your contacts box and select the individuals or groups that you want the reminder sent to.
• Then just press confirm and your Virtual PA will deduct the relevant credits from your account and send the reminders out as you’ve directed.
1 credit is deducted for emails and 5 credits for text messages
